Sales Operations Customer Liaison

Azenta seeks a Sales Operations Customer Liaison in Plainfield, Indiana to serve as the primary contact for non-operational client requests and manage communication between customers and internal teams. Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between clients and internal Azenta departments
Process and support non-operational client change requests and purchase order updates
Manage post-win activities outside project management and sales functions
Route client inquiries to appropriate departments and resolve internal coordination issues
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for internal and external service
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years finance, billing, or sales operations experience
Customer support experience required
Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation:
$50,000.00 - $62,000.00 base
