Plumbing Sales Representative

Bell Bros is seeking a Plumbing Sales Representative to grow residential plumbing solutions across the Sacramento region. In this client-facing role, you'll respond to qualified leads, inspect home plumbing systems, present options, and close sales on repairs, replacements, and upgrades. You'll educate homeowners on energy-efficient and whole-home solutions while building trust through honest recommendations and clear communication. Working closely with technicians and office staff, you'll follow up on service calls, meet or exceed sales goals, and maintain detailed records. Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified residential plumbing leads and inquiries
• Conduct in-home plumbing inspections and needs assessments
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to homeowners
• Close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals
• Educate customers on energy-efficient and whole-home plumbing solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals and secure approvals
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to schedule and complete work
• Maintain detailed sales records, notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRMProvide exceptional customer service aligned with Bell Bros' values
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
