A leading supplier of flooring, countertops, and hardscaping surfaces in North America is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand its countertop product line within an assigned territory. The Role

• Grow and develop sales and margins for countertop products with fabricators and kitchen & bath dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Educate customer personnel on company products to enhance their presentation and negotiation skills.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products, market competition, and effective positioning strategies.
• Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities with current and new clients.
• Quoting prices, discussing credit terms, and preparing sales contracts.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two or more years of experience in channel distribution sales.
• Minimum of two years of related industry experience (natural stone, slab, or hard flooring).
• Minimum of two years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Strong math skills for calculating discounts, commissions, area, and volume.
• Ability to determine customer solutions and demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving.
