The Role

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers within an assigned geographic territory.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to customer personnel to enhance their selling capabilities.
• Understand competitive market positioning and effectively highlight product advantages.
• Manage product displays, samples, and sales tools to ensure customer accessibility.
• Analyze retail business financials to advise dealers on pricing, promotions, and ROI.
• Prepare sales contracts, quote prices, and discuss credit terms for customer orders.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in channel distribution sales.
• Minimum of two years of related industry experience (e.g., natural stone, slab, hard flooring).
• Minimum of two years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and a valid driver's license.
