Sales Representative (Countertop) | Sioux Falls, SD, United States | Hybrid | $75,000 - $85,000+

This employer is a leading North American supplier of flooring, countertops, and hardscaping surfaces, recognized for its extensive product range and commitment to quality. They are seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand their countertop business within a designated territory, fostering strong relationships with fabricators and kitchen & bath businesses.

The Role

  • Grow and develop sales and margins for countertop products within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customer personnel to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Manage product displays, samples, and selling tools to ensure customer accessibility.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth with current and new customers.
  • Attend trade shows and travel to support sales objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of channel distribution sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience (e.g., natural stone, slab, hard flooring, countertops).
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Strong math skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and retail pricing.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time locally, with occasional national/international travel.
