Position: Product Support Analyst

Type:       Contract (W2 Only)

Required skills:
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive individual who can support day-to-day production operations, investigate issues, and help improve support processes. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Key requirements for the role include:

• Entry-level experience or strong foundational knowledge in technology support
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical skills to review data, identify patterns, and support issue resolution
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

Nice to have skills:

• Ability to monitor production processes, triage issues, and escalate when needed
• Strong communication skills to work with developers, support teams, and stakeholders
• Willingness to learn production support processes, tools, and business workflows
