About the Role
A Series A fintech AI company is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function and report directly to the CEO. You will shape how financial institutions understand an emerging category, build a small senior team, and connect marketing programs to business growth. Own positioning, messaging, and product marketing across the platform. Develop go-to-market plans for product launches, including sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and playbooks. Partner with Sales to drive demand generation and pipeline contribution.

Build and lead the marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and establishing operating practices.

Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer forums.
8 to 16 years of B2B product marketing experience, including experience in a scaling startup.
~ Experience owning positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement, with contributions to demand generation and field marketing.
~ Experience leading and developing a small marketing team while remaining hands-on in product marketing.
~ Background in conversational AI, voice AI, agentic AI, customer experience automation, or related financial technology.
~ Public speaking experience at industry events, webinars, or analyst briefings, and a bachelor's degree.
