Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports and executes the credit union's marketing initiatives, brand strategy, digital presence, and member engagement activities. This role creates compelling content across multiple channels, coordinates marketing campaigns, manages social media, and develops promotional materials that strengthen Nizari PFCU's brand and support organizational growth.

The Marketing Coordinator works collaboratively with departments across the organization to promote products, services, community involvement, and employee engagement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaigns & Brand Management
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from concept through implementation. Support the promotion of credit union products, services, events, and community initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Assist in developing marketing strategies that drive member engagement and brand awareness.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Content Creation & Digital Marketing
Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, email communications, and other digital channels. Develop engaging written, visual, and video content that aligns with organizational objectives. Maintain and update marketing content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Monitor social media engagement and respond or escalate inquiries as appropriate. Stay informed of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Graphic Design & Multimedia Production
Design brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, digital signage, and other marketing materials. Create visual content for social media campaigns and internal communications. Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing, promotional, and community outreach initiatives. Produce video content highlighting products, services, employee stories, events, and community involvement.

Community Engagement & Event Support
Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting community events, sponsorships, financial education initiatives, and branch activities. Represent the credit union at community events and outreach activities as needed. Coordinate marketing support for organizational events and employee engagement programs. Help strengthen awareness of the credit union's mission, values, and community impact. Communication & Internal Coordination
Collaborate with branch staff and departments to identify marketing needs and opportunities.

Provide marketing support for internal communications and employee initiatives. Maintain effective communication with management regarding project status, campaign outcomes, and marketing opportunities. Complete marketing reports, project documentation, and related records accurately and within established timelines. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Research and recommend new marketing trends, technologies, and engagement strategies. Explore creative approaches for increasing member participation and brand awareness.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content effectiveness, and audience engagement. Support additional marketing and communications projects as assigned. QualificationsEducation / Certification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred. Relevant marketing certifications are a plus. Required Knowledge
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, social media platforms, and digital communications. Knowledge of content creation, graphic design, and marketing campaign execution.

Familiarity with current marketing technologies, social media trends, and audience engagement practices. Experience
2-4 years of marketing, communications, content creation, or related experience preferred. Experience within a financial institution, credit union, or regulated industry is a plus. Experience managing social media accounts and creating marketing content preferred. Skills & Abilities
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Proficiency with related computer applications and business equipment (PC, phone, camera equipment, etc.).
