POSITION OVERVIEW
A growing premium consumer-products company is seeking a Wholesale & Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing and wholesale operations.
Working closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager, this role will support campaign execution, market research, customer and wholesale account support, reporting, product materials, and administrative projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support day-to-day marketing and wholesale operations.
• Process and manage Shopify orders, including reviewing orders and helping resolve order-related questions.
• Assist with customer service emails and wholesale account support.
• Coordinate and ship product samples, color cards, marketing materials, and other retailer or designer requests.
• Maintain organized records of shipments, samples, marketing materials, and ongoing projects.
• Help prepare materials for trade shows, trunk shows, product launches, and other events.
• Support marketing projects including newsletters, sales sheets, product materials, and retailer resources.
• Work closely with management, sales teams, and other departments to ensure marketing plans are executed smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.
• Comfortable with hands-on responsibilities including packing, shipping, organizing products, and preparing materials.
• Positive and helpful approach when communicating with customers and partners.

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Basic Adobe InDesign skills, including making simple edits to sales sheets, flyers, line sheets, and other marketing materials.
• Basic photography skills, particularly product or lifestyle photography.
• Experience in retail, customer service, fulfillment, or a small-business environment.
• An eye for visual merchandising, styling, photography, or graphic design.
