Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed for motivated, coachable professionals who want structure and income growth tied directly to results.

You will work warm leads, follow a proven sales process, and receive ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills.

Base salary of $18 to $20 per hour

Generate and close new auto, home, and related insurance policies through inbound and outbound sales
Conduct needs analysis, provide accurate quotes, and guide clients through policy binding
Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Build long-term client relationships through ethical sales and disciplined follow-up
An active insurance license is required
Confidence and professionalism in phone and client interactions
Goal-oriented and comfortable in a performance-based environment
