The Role

• Develop a profound understanding of AI-enabled technologies, strategies, and their value propositions through collaboration with development and product management teams.
• Craft go-to-market materials and support the Growth team in enhancing client engagement and opportunity development.
• Actively listen to clients to identify challenges and refine value propositions to better address friction points and maximize benefits.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the development and investment organization, ensuring solutions are shaped by real-world needs.
• Leverage AI tooling to gain market insights, understand customer needs and budgets, and generate actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making.
• Cultivate C-level relationships with key utility executives.

What You'll Need

• 12+ years of experience in the Electric Power Utilities sector, specifically in transmission, distribution, grid operations, or design.
• Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals and managing strategic portfolios.
• Strong expertise in utility systems, including planning, design, and operations.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML, cybersecurity, and cloud platform concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
