Solution Architect Specialist

Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce the overall technical vision for solutions by defining and establishing solution architecture.
• Collaborate with Business Architects, CPOs, and other partners to define high-level solution intent and target state architectures.
• Create reference architectures and design patterns to ensure consistent implementation of architecture roadmaps.
• Drive the development and maintenance of detailed solution intent and product architecture across various viewpoints.
• Identify solution alternatives and new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Leverage Generative AI and AI/ML capabilities to improve business capabilities.
• Participate in deployment activities and incident resolution processes to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain an application design pattern catalog for reusability

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on solution architecture and business application development.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture patterns such as microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Prior software development background with hands-on architectural experience.
• 5 years of relevant task management experience.
• Experience in leading architects through organizational transformations.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and its application in solving business problems.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of various enterprise-level platforms widely used in the industry is preferred.
