Solution Architect – Workday Integration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect enterprise integrations using Boomi Workday connectors.

  • Build complex workflows using Workday Orchestrate, Workday Studio, and Boomi.

  • Design event-driven and message-based integration solutions.

  • Develop and optimize Workday custom reports and RaaS integrations.

  • Define reusable integration patterns and enterprise canonical data models.

  • Implement secure authentication using OAuth 2.0, ISU/ISSG, and certificate-based authentication.

  • Establish integration monitoring, logging, error handling, and reconciliation standards.

  • Prepare architecture documents, solution designs, and integration blueprints.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.

  • Strong production-level experience with Boomi Workday connectors.

  • Expertise in Workday Orchestrate and Workday Studio.

  • Experience with Workday messaging and event-driven integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday RaaS, custom reports, calculated fields, and report security.

  • Proficiency in SOAP, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, XML, JSON, and XSLT.

  • Experience designing scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures.
