We're now looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our thriving Children's Education Services (CES) team in Newcastle.

The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow relationships with schools, local authorities and education providers
• Source, interview and place high-quality 1:1 tutors and intervention specialists
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Drive client retention and encourage repeat business
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
