Key Responsibilities

Matchmaking:
Serve as a professional matchmaker between top talent and leading companies within a niche market.

Lead Generation

Conduct high-volume lead generation through cold calls, emails, networking, and more to connect with candidates and clients.

Sales Performance

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets to achieve revenue goals and support business growth.

Contract Negotiation

Facilitate contract discussions, salary negotiations, and consult with candidates and clients on market trends.

Relationship Development

Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach strategies such as cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

Market Expertise

Develop into a market specialist by researching industry trends, mapping competitors, and strategically expanding your network.

Consultative Role

Guide both clients and candidates throughout the interview process, managing expectations and providing feedback.

$50,000 base salary, $10,000 guaranteed bonus during training, plus uncapped commission (first-year earnings of $70K-$80K+).
