Rate                                       :  $57/hr on C2C

Duration                              : 12 Months

Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an AI Ops Engineer / Technology Lead with strong experience in Agentic AI, AI Agents, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and enterprise operations. The candidate will design and implement AI-driven solutions for cloud and application operations, including incident analysis, diagnostics, remediation recommendations, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation.

Telecom/OSS domain experience is mandatory. The role has an approximate 60% AI/Agentic AI and 40% Cloud & Enterprise Technology focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Agentic AI frameworks for cloud infrastructure and application operations.
  • Build and orchestrate AI agents for monitoring, diagnostics, incident triaging, knowledge retrieval, remediation, and automation.
  • Develop enterprise knowledge frameworks using documentation, runbooks, and support processes.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms and operational tools through APIs.
  • Enable AI-driven automation for monitoring, observability, application support, and operational intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Cloud and Platform Engineering teams to build scalable and secure AI solutions..
