Job Title: Gen AI Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate Generative AI/LLM-based applications.

• Build RAG pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, and AI agents.

• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar AI frameworks.

• Integrate LLMs using OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face.

• Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.

• Deploy and maintain AI applications on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform using containers and Kubernetes.

• Optimize LLM performance, reliability, latency, and cost.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.

• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and/or MCP.

• Knowledge of OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face.

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.

• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• NLP and Transformer architectures.

• Fine-tuning and model evaluation.

• AWS SageMaker / Azure ML.

• MLOps and AI observability.

• Knowledge of responsible AI and data security.
