Job Description

Salesforce certified
Strong Salesforce implementation knowledge
Demonstrated success as the lead Business Analyst on a project larger than $300k
Experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and writing user stories
Strong consulting skills, including project and time management, communication, and teamwork/collaboration
Industry knowledge of State and Local Governments
Experience working on fixed-fee (fixed-price) projects, including supporting scope definition and change control within a fixed budget
Scrum certification an asset or experience leading teams in an Agile environment
Proven track record of continuously improving organizations
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience is preferred
