Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a long-term technology procurement initiative in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, technical documentation, vendor evaluation, and technology procurement.

Key Responsibilities
•    Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
•    Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions.
•    Review technical documents, solution architectures, and vendor proposals.
•    Develop functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
•    Support RFI/RFP procurement activities and vendor evaluations.
•    Identify risks, gaps, and compliance issues.
•    Collaborate with business, architecture, security, procurement, and vendor teams.

Required Skills
•    Senior Technical Business Analyst experience.
•    Requirements gathering and documentation.
•    Technical documentation and solution analysis.
•    Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
•    Vendor evaluation and technology procurement.
•    Strong communication and technical writing skills.
•    Experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes is preferred.
