The Role • Commissioning and testing of medium, high, and extra-high voltage substation projects. • Analyzing and resolving faults in protection and control systems. • Programming and parameterizing protection and field control devices from leading manufacturers. • Conducting precise commissioning of digital protection and control technology using state-of-the-art testing equipment. • Collaborating effectively with project management, planning, and installation teams. • Contributing to the development of energy infrastructure, including renewable energy integration. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering. • Affinity and expertise in protection/control technology, with experience in commissioning switchgear. • Familiarity with common communication standards (IEC 60870-5-101/103/104). • Proficiency with parameterization software (e.g., Siemens DIGSI, Schneider MICOM) and testing software (e.g., OMICRON Test Universe) is a plus. • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a willingness to take responsibility. • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel within southeastern Germany.
