Job Description
- Understand business requirements, problem statements, use cases, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Product, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
- Coordinate technical effort estimation, resource planning, capacity planning, and budgeting.
- Review and validate technical estimates, assumptions, dependencies, and timelines provided by engineering teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, and release roadmaps.
- Manage project scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Coordinate release planning, testing, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.
- Track deliverables and ensure projects remain aligned with approved timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive-level updates.
