Required Skills:
- Must have proven experience as a Product Owner.
- Knowledge of retail/store operations, workforce management systems, and exposure to AI/digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong requirements elicitation, process documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Document current-state business processes related to store scheduling, employee zoning, task management, and other operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, business rules, use cases, and supporting project artifacts.
- Support the evaluation and definition of requirements for a future AI-powered store operations solution.
