Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead discovery, requirements definition, and delivery planning for a complex digital initiative spanning authenticated web and mobile application experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong digital product management, business analysis, and program coordination experience. This role requires translating complex business, regulatory, operational, and technical needs into clear functional requirements while collaborating across product, design, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements definition for complex web and mobile digital experiences.

• Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify experience gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Translate business and customer needs into detailed functional requirements, workflows, business rules, and exception scenarios.

• Define project scope, digital capabilities, system dependencies, and integration requirements.

• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and delivery options.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Design, Technology, and business stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions.

• Coordinate workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery readiness.

• Support prioritization and trade-off decisions based on customer impact, business value, risk, and feasibility.

• Maintain traceability between customer journeys, business requirements, design decisions, and delivery scope.

• Monitor delivery against requirements and resolve gaps or deviations.

• Support Agile delivery, including backlog development, user story refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.

• Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience defining or delivering complex digital experiences.

• Strong experience documenting functional requirements, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience working across multiple business, operational, product, and technology domains.

• Experience with responsive web and mobile application development.

• Experience working within Agile delivery models.

• Strong project or program management skills, including dependency and risk management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, investing, or other regulated industries.

• Experience supporting international or multi-market digital experiences.

• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms.

• Experience leading Scrum teams or working as a Senior Product Owner.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
