Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite SAP FICO functional consultant and lead functional delivery activities.
Support SAP FICO, RE-FX, and Project Systems through production support, incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and scalable SAP solutions.
Configure and support SAP Finance solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Lead unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, projects, and support activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes and improve system efficiency.
Provide knowledge transfer, user training, and functional documentation.
Recommend process improvements using SAP best practices and ensure high-quality delivery.
