Our client is looking for an Business Analyst / Scrum Master for NY a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Quality engineer
Location: New York ,NY
Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have 6 to 8 years in Agile environments with a minimum of 2 to 3 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding multiple, cross-functional Agile teams and scaled environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Scrum theory and Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, etc.)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and coaching abilities.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally or Trello; proficient with transparency and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, monitoring, and observability. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
