Open Development Coordinator

Innovation:

·         Technical Assessment of prototypes across all product categories (ie. trying eye shadow from different vendors and giving feedback on which is best in terms of performance, such as long wear, texture, color payoff)

·         Competitive product assessment vs Open Dev Full Buy options 

·         Preparation of reports with ability to highlight product benefits (new/better/different).  Must be proficient in both Excel and Powerpoint.

·         Organize and schedule innovation and follow-up meetings with metiers and present the product benefits to them

·         Assist in preparation of presentation decks and technical dossiers

Operational:

·         Set up vendor convention show and tell and follow-up with metiers on feedback and next steps

·         Manage and maintain spreadsheet project tracker with latest status and participate in meetings with metiers and Category Sourcing team

·         Follow up with vendors for sample requests and marketing sheets

·         Organize and follow up with samples with metiers, including delivering samples to contacts in the metiers

·         Proper disposal of old samples in product cabinet

·         Shipping samples domestically and oversees
