Job Description

100% ONSITE ROLE AT AUSTIN TX

NOTE: THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE WORKING DURING NIGHT SHIFTSWEEKENDSHOLIDAYS AND OVERTIME. THESE WILL BE COMPENSATED AT A HIGHER RATE

Quality Engineer

This role focuses on reducing manufacturing discrepant material and scrap by analyzing data trends, monitoring key metrics, and driving corrective actions.

The individual leverages tools such as SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau to identify issues, assign improvement projects, and track them to completion.

They collaborate closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to perform root cause analysis, manage supplier-related quality issues, and prevent production disruptions.

Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, they lead continuous improvement initiatives, implement process enhancements, and ensure quality is built into new products and manufacturing operations.
