Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support

BNY seeks a Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to lead global infrastructure operations for critical financial platforms. This role oversees availability, resilience, and performance of production services across data centers, cloud, and networks, driving incident, problem, and change management aligned to ITIL. You will manage a high-performing team, optimize monitoring and automation, and partner with cybersecurity, risk, and business leaders to ensure regulatory compliance. The VP champions continuous improvement, reliability engineering, and innovation while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and inclusive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global production services and infrastructure support for critical financial platforms.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of data center, cloud, and network environments.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Drive service continuity, disaster recovery, and operational risk controls in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and develop a high-performing technical operations team.
• Implement monitoring, automation, and reliability engineering to reduce downtime and manual effort.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and business stakeholders on secure, compliant operations.
• Plan and manage budgets, capacity, and vendor relationships for infrastructure services.
