IT Support Specialist

Innovairre seeks an IT Support Specialist for a 12 hour weekend shift (5 a.m.-5 p.m. or 5 p.m.-5 a.m.) supporting data-driven fundraising platforms. You'll monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues to engineering. Responsibilities include user account support, system checks, basic database queries, and documenting tickets. You'll collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to ensure uptime, data integrity, and secure handling of donor information. This role suits detail-oriented problem solvers who thrive in a mission-driven, technology-focused environment and can work independently on off-hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and fundraising systems during 12-hour weekend shifts
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests
• Perform routine system health checks and troubleshoot issues
• Support user accounts, access, and basic configuration
• Run basic database or log queries to investigate problems
• Document tickets, resolutions, and escalation steps

• Ensure secure handling of donor and client data
