Bilingual Regulatory Compliance Analyst (English/Spanish) | Gilbert, AZ, USA | Hybrid

The Role

  • Oversee end-to-end compliance screenings for complex import and export transactions, including technology products, hazardous materials, and cash compliance.
  • Interpret and apply regulations such as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. Customs Regulations, and encryption rules to real-world scenarios.
  • Manage and update critical lists for screening, classification (ECCN), and customer/carrier approvals.
  • Act as an internal business analyst, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating global project rollouts.
  • Analyze transactional and performance data to design and deliver dashboards, trend analysis, and KPI recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and IT to optimize compliance workflows and support new product introductions.
  • Lead operational performance and technical projects from inception to completion, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regulatory training, guidance, and issue escalation to internal teams and external partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for designated accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Need

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4-5 years of direct experience in import/export compliance for technology products.
  • Profound knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR), ECCN classification processes, and U.S. Customs regulations.
  • Proven experience interpreting encryption regulations and managing complex compliance decisions.
  • Independent thinking, strong analytical skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
