Regulatory Analyst / Finance Accounting

IDR is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Englewood, CO. This role supports a fast-paced, highly technical organization within the telecom/technology space, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen financial reporting, forecasting, and governance. Youll help drive financial oversight and decision-making as the business evolves and scales, with a strong focus on optimizing cloud-related spend and performance.

Position Overview for the Senior Financial Analyst

Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring accurate and timely financial plans
Analyze monthly results and support accounting month-end close activities, including variance and performance insights
Build and maintain weekly/monthly models and dashboards for operational and financial KPIs, with emphasis on cloud consumption
Develop and deliver executive-level financial presentations with clear recommendations and business impact
Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst:
~ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
~3+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment
~1+ year of Cloud FinOps experience
~ Experience building financial models and reporting for operational and performance metrics
