Job Summary Senior Business Systems Analyst (Optimum)

- Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on systems such as billing, OSS/BSS, and HR (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for new systems and enhancements.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, coordinating activities between stakeholders, business units, and IT teams.
- Design and document process flows and system solutions to address business challenges.
- Support system quality by planning, executing, and evaluating tests; manage defect resolution.
- Analyze data and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Develop business intelligence (BI) reports and perform data analysis for business and residential customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and other business/IT staff.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements for internal and external customers.
- Stay current with industry best practices, methodologies (e.g., TM Forum, Agile), and standards.
- Utilize technical skills such as workflow automation, basic scripting, SQL/reporting, and CRM/agent-facing applications.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting Optimum's business goals through process optimization and technology enablement.
