Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with business users to capture, define, and document business rules, mapping documents, configurations, validation rules, exception-handling logic, workflow configurations, process documentation, and user guides
Understand retail business processes and translate them into configurable parameters, business rules, and data models
Define and document KPIs and business metrics to measure retail performance and business outcomes
Validate business rules, data requirements, and outputs to ensure data quality, consistency, and business accuracy
Conduct stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering sessions with business users
Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
Ensure clear transition of business understanding and requirements to engineering teams and solution architects
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to validate technical solutions against business requirements
Support analysis of retail data sources and data models to ensure business requirements are accurately represented
Document functional requirements, business processes, rules, workflows, and data requirements
