Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer/Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft CRM technologies and a proven ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with business and architectural requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of PeopleSoft CRM applications.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality code that adheres to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing activities.
• Participate in technical design discussions and ensure alignment with approved system and database architectures.
• Follow established coding standards, development best practices, and governance processes.
• Build and enhance solutions supporting case management systems, websites, and enterprise applications.
• Optimize SQL queries and application performance.
• Design and maintain integrations using Component Interface, Integration Broker, and SOAP-based Web Services.
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements, and data maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Support monitoring and observability integrations, including tools such as Splunk where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft CRM modules.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle PeopleSoft CRM applications.
• Strong expertise in PeopleCode, SQL, and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience with SQL performance tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI development.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Application Engine
• Integration Broker
• PS Query
• Extensive experience using Application Designer.
• Experience developing Component Interfaces and SOAP-based Web Services.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical design decisions, customization approaches, and solution architecture.
