Knowledge Manager with Security Clearance

RMantra Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager to orchestrate, optimize, and secure the flow of information across our enterprise and defense-focused environments. In this multi-faceted role, you will be the principal authority for Knowledge Management, Records Management, SharePoint Administration, and Task Tracking. You will blend technical administration with strategic leadership—designing data architectures, automating business processes, writing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and curating training programs to build a resilient knowledge-sharing framework across the organization. Primary Responsibilities

• Knowledge Strategy & Training Leadership – Establish collaborative, cross-functional working groups to proactively identify information gaps.
• Platform Administration & Process Automation – Direct the technical, administrative, and data lifecycle of the corporate collaboration environment within SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Planner.
• Records Governance & Lifecycle Compliance – Utilize WHS Records Management methodologies (or equivalent federal training) to establish file retention schedules and orchestrate compliant data dispositions.
• Operational Management, Tasks & SOP Curation – Drive daily operational execution by implementing rigorous task management and milestone tracking strategies for critical deliverables.
• Translate complex engineering or technical capabilities into streamlined, highly repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reference guides.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Knowledge Management, SharePoint Administration, or Technical Operations supporting federal or defense programs.

Preferred Qualifications: Good if you have Sec +, Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), project-task management experience, briefing experience, management experience, and Records Management experience or training.
