Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer with 5 10 years of experience in digital assets and blockchain platforms to help shape and support enterprise blockchain technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on blockchain engineering experience within an enterprise environment, preferably in financial services, capital markets, clearing, settlement, custody, asset movement, or related domains.

This is not a generic Crypto/Web3 role. The position focuses on enterprise blockchain infrastructure and digital asset platforms supporting areas such as securities clearing, trade processing, settlement, custody, and asset movement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade blockchain and digital asset platforms.

• Build and maintain integrations with public and private blockchain networks.

• Support blockchain infrastructure, network connectivity, and blockchain platform components.

• Work with digital assets and tokenized assets within enterprise environments.

• Design and support tokenization solutions and digital asset workflows.

• Implement and maintain wallet management capabilities.

• Support public/private key management and secure digital asset operations.

• Work with blockchain nodes and validator node connectivity.

• Integrate blockchain platforms with traditional financial systems and enterprise applications.

• Develop backend and platform services supporting digital asset capabilities.

• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and financial technology teams.

• Troubleshoot blockchain infrastructure, connectivity, and platform-related issues.

• Support production environments and ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

• Contribute to technology strategy and the evolution of the client's digital asset platform.

Required Qualifications

• 5 10 years of experience in Digital Assets, Blockchain Engineering, or Blockchain Platform Engineering.

• Strong hands-on blockchain engineering experience.

• Experience working with digital assets and/or tokenized assets.

• Strong understanding of tokenization and tokenized asset concepts.

• Experience with wallet management.

• Knowledge of public/private key management and cryptographic concepts.

• Experience connecting applications or platforms to public or private blockchain networks.

• Understanding of blockchain nodes and validator node connectivity.

• Strong backend and platform engineering experience.

• Experience working in enterprise-scale technology environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, capital markets, custody, payments, clearing, settlement, or trade processing.

• Experience supporting back-office financial markets technology.

• Experience building or supporting enterprise digital asset platforms.

• Experience integrating blockchain platforms with traditional financial systems.

• Experience with event-driven architecture.

• Experience with Java, Scala, or similar backend programming languages.

• Experience with enterprise blockchain infrastructure and production support.
