Project Scope:

Looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Technology Lead with strong Banking/BFSI domain experience to lead greenfield application development, solution design, and technical delivery of enterprise-scale digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·          Lead solution architecture and design for greenfield banking initiatives.

·         Drive development of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.

·         Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

·         Ensure best practices in performance, security, observability, and DevOps.
