Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Support and enhance pricing models across multiple lines of business
  • Provide pricing insight and challenge to underwriting teams
  • Analyse portfolio performance, trends and profitability
  • Contribute to rate reviews and business planning activities
  • Deliver actuarial input into strategic projects and product development
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
  • Nearly qualified or newly qualified actuary
  • London Market, Lloyd's or commercial lines pricing experience
  • Strong technical modelling and data analysis skills
  • Experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python or similar
  • Confident working directly with underwriters and wider business teams
  • Commercially minded with strong communication skills
