• Lead healthcare data analysis, mapping and integration activities across source and target systems.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation to ensure accurate and traceable healthcare data solutions.

• Develop source-to-target mappings, business rules, transformation specifications and data lineage documentation.
• Conduct requirements and data-discovery sessions with business, data engineering and reporting teams.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and support data model, data-quality and reporting design.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation to ensure accurate and traceable healthcare data solutions.

Experience: 8+ years.
