Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and managing business and data requirements across projects. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while supporting testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and data requirements for ongoing and new projects.
• Analyze business models, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure effective communication.
• Understand project vision, scope, and objectives for new systems, services, and software solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, and production support phases of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for business decision-making.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in Business and Data Analysis.
• Effectively communicate user needs, business concerns, and functional requirements to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, business processes, and documentation.

• Candidates currently located in or near Jersey City, NJ.
