Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SQL, Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting systems to identify trends, generate insights, and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate datasets.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business, product, finance, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.

• Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare actionable insights.

• Document analytical processes, reports, and data definitions.

• Support data-driven decision-making through clear presentations and visualizations.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and common table expressions (CTEs).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data cleaning.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another data visualization tool.

• Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, transformation, and reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
