The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead-to-Cash (L2C) capabilities, including product development plans and budget allocation. • Drive the integration of AI across Sales, Finance, and Operations to enhance L2C efficiency and automate manual tasks. • Oversee the development of AI-powered L2C tools, ensuring they address key process pain points and deliver measurable gains. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand L2C needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. • Establish KPIs for AI adoption within L2C workflows, focusing on cycle time reduction, conversion rates, and ROI. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and internal teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities.
