Strata Product Owner

Our NYC Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Strata Product Owner to support critical finance and reporting initiatives alongside the organization's UKG transformation efforts. The team is looking for highly experienced consultants who can quickly contribute with minimal ramp-up time and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strata solution design, configuration, and optimization efforts.
• Partner with business and executive stakeholders to define requirements and drive delivery.
• Support budgeting, planning, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Provide product ownership and strategic guidance for assigned Strata workstreams.
• Deliver high-quality solutions with a focus on execution and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with Strata applications and healthcare finance environments.
• Proven success serving as an Architect, Product Owner, or similar leadership role.
• Functional finance and budgeting background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and contribute immediately in a high-visibility engagement.
