Duration: Contract - 12 months (possibility of extension; FTE conversion option)

Pay Range: $51/hr $54/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The candidate will have experience in product-focused business analysis, Agile/Scrum delivery, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable backlog items and drive them through implementation with quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate analysis and design of business systems.


• Partner with product management to prioritize and refine the team backlog.


• Work closely with clients and technology teams to capture, document, and validate business requirements.


• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure solution quality.


• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery.


• Manage Scrum ceremonies and support day-to-day team operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong product background with experience translating product strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria.


• Proven experience working with Scrum teams and managing backlogs.


• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter with minimal supervision.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems testing.


• 3-6 years of relevant business analyst or product analyst experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cross-functional product delivery in Agile environments.


• Familiarity with backlog and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

What Success Looks Like:

• Team backlog is clear, prioritized, and refined in partnership with the Product Manager.


• Requirements are documented and traceable through testing and delivery.


• Scrum ceremonies run effectively and outcomes are actioned.

Disqualifiers:

• Lack of product knowledge.


• Poor communication skills.
