We are hiring for a leading national provider of targeted educational support for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our mission is to transform lives by delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring services in collaboration with schools and local authorities.

The Role

• Deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with diverse learning difficulties including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring sessions, both in-person and remotely.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress and report on lesson outcomes.
• Work flexibly to accommodate student needs and your own schedule.
• Collaborate with schools and local authorities to support referred pupils.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS check (assistance can be provided).
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
