This is a contract role, and we're looking for experienced professionals ready to hit the ground running.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS, ARCS & EDMCS) Implementation Lead – M&A Integrations to support Oracle Cloud implementations across Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) as part of Company's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for leading Oracle Cloud EPM implementations supporting newly acquired businesses from solution design through production stabilization. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Engineering, and business stakeholders to onboard acquisitions into Company's Oracle Cloud EPM ecosystem while supporting timely financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and master data governance.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementations for newly acquired businesses, ensuring seamless integration into Company’s existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Engineering, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process from solution design through production stabilization.
  • Support timely financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and master data governance activities.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud EPM implementations, specifically FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
  • Strong background in mergers and acquisitions integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and systems.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $52.19 - $125.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
