Job Description:

Multi-year SAP transformation program needing a senior instructional designer to build blended learning curriculum across Sales Execution, Pricing/Commissions, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Master Data, from needs assessment through Train-the-Trainer delivery.

Must-Have

• 5+ years designing training for major ERP systems
• 3+ years hands-on instructional design across multiple SAP modules
• Hands-on build experience in enterprise training/in-app guidance platforms (WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Articulate, or comparable)
• Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design methodology
• Expert-level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice-to-Have

• Experience training on Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Production, or Warehouse SAP modules specifically
• Experience running Train-the-Trainer programs at scale
• Background on large, multi-year ERP transformation programs
• Familiarity with distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain business processes
