Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Cloud Technical Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Angular, React, API Gateway, Supergraph, and cloud-native application modernization.

The candidate will be responsible for modernizing legacy/home-grown CRM platforms and migrating them to scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS and Azure. The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture, development, testing, DevOps, and production-support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy and home-grown CRM platforms and define modernization and cloud migration strategies.
• Design and develop cloud-native applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Design and implement APIs using API Gateway, Supergraph, and modern integration patterns.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular and React.
• Design and implement solutions using AWS services including:

  • EC2
  • DynamoDB
  • SNS
  • SQS
  • CloudWatch
  • Lambda
  • Kinesis
  • Glue
  • Kafka
• Apply knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
• Lead high-level design and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Review application architecture, code, and technical designs.
• Establish development standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Develop and execute POCs to address client technical challenges.
• Implement automated testing using JUnit, Cucumber, and other testing frameworks.
• Support CI/CD implementation using GitHub, AWS, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Participate in deployment planning, release management, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across development and integration activities.
• Drive operational excellence, scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 10+ years of Java/Spring Boot/Microservices experience.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and React.
• Strong API development and API Gateway/Supergraph experience.
• Experience with security and authentication mechanisms.
• Hands-on JUnit and Cucumber experience.
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Experience with legacy CRM modernization and cloud migration.
• Strong technical leadership, architecture, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
