Senior ETL/DataStage Developer

Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex data quality issues and investigate underlying causes
Perform root cause analysis to identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies
Develop, maintain, and support ETL processes using DataStage
Troubleshoot complex reporting and data integration issues
Investigate data issues across multiple database platforms and identify appropriate resolutions
Support regulatory reporting requirements and data quality initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings, technical analysis, and recommended resolutions
Independently drive data issue resolution efforts and provide ongoing technical support
Work with Control-M and other enterprise tools to support ETL workflows and scheduled processing
