The Role

• Manage the nursing process and documentation in collaboration with other departments.
• Engage in close communication with residents, their families, and medical professionals.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general nurse.
• Further qualification as a unit manager.
• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and families.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-centered care concept.
• Proficiency in general PC skills, including MS Office and relevant healthcare software.
